Host:  Jordan Valley Community Health Center Location:  VFW Post 4107, 1617 Lynn Street/Lebanon Flu Shots, Chili Dinner, Clothing/Blankets Assistance w/Medicaid, Food Stamps, and other resources, including special assistance for Veterans. Bring any documents you have available (ID, Social Security Card, Insurance, etc.)
